The ambiance is amazing but I didn’t like the food. My food came while it was cold and the meat didn’t tested fresh. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy it. Hope you improve on that.

A fantastic place, nice cameras and good workers. They need to fix some management issue. We have got a problem with shower and it wasn't solved. We had some problem with timing of breakfast and dinner.

I had the pleasure of hosting a group of 5 families from Canada at The Kasa. The accommodations were luxurious with a modern. Spacious design. The staff were available to meet our every need, including providing a birthday parade and song as a surprise for a young guest. The food was well prepared, delicious and plentiful, culminating in a fresh seafood feast. The usual issues of limited hot water and challenging air conditions remained but the staff was prompt to address our concerns. Our team was duly impressed with the staff and h the e facility. Thank you for being such gracious hosts!

I had a wonderful stay at The Kasa Malindi. The villas offer great privacy, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. I particularly appreciated the service from Beryl, Mildred, and Eli. Eli, in particular, made fantastic cocktails and ensured we had a great time

The facility is really awesome and the staff is really amazing as well. If you ever go to The Kasa insist that Eli makes your cocktails and drinks in general! Also insist to be attended by Mildred and Beril because those three staff members will guarantee that you have a good time. I also loved the privacy of the place.
